1 In the District Court of Pottawatomie County, Case No. CRF-73-23, petitioner, William Nuckols, was found guilty for the offense of Direct Contempt of Court and in summary proceedings sentenced to four (4) months imprisonment in the Pottawatomie County Jail. From this proceeding, counsel for the petitioner has made application for a Writ of Prohibition seeking relief from this sentence.
